Today, on June 11th, we join the world in celebrating the  International Day of Play. This is more than just a moment of fun – it’s a powerful reminder that play is a universal right.

At Gemar, we believe in the magic of play. It’s not just about games. It’s about learning, connecting, creating, and growing. When children play, they explore the world and lift their imagination.

🌍 Why This Day Matters

In 2024, the UN officially declared play a fundamental part of childhood development. Whether it’s hide-and-seek in the backyard, building a fort out of cushions, or creating balloon animals at a party – play shapes minds, builds confidence, and creates joy.

Too often, structured schedules, digital distractions, and lack of resources limit the time and space for children to simply play. That’s why this day calls on governments, educators, families, and companies like ours to protect and promote the right to play.

🎈 Our Role at Gemar

For decades, balloons have brought moments of joy, wonder, and celebration. From birthday parties to street festivals, balloons have always invited play. But for us, it goes deeper:

• We support creative play with tutorials and inspiration for balloon art.

• We encourage outdoor and active play through games and activities.

• We work with partners and educators to bring smiles to children everywhere.

Today, we encourage you to do just one thing: make time for play.
Turn off the screens, grab a balloon, go outside, and let the magic begin.

Together, let’s build a world where every child has the freedom to laugh, to imagine, to play – every single day.

Oggi, 11 giugno, ci uniamo al mondo per celebrare la  Giornata Internazionale del Gioco istituita dalle Nazioni Unite. Non è solo un momento di divertimento, ma un potente promemoria: giocare è un diritto universale.

In Gemar, crediamo nella magia del gioco. Non è solo svago: è apprendimento, connessione, creatività e crescita. Quando un bambino gioca, esplora il mondo e solleva  l’immaginazione.

🌍 Perché questa giornata è importante

Nel 2024, l’ONU ha riconosciuto ufficialmente il gioco come parte fondamentale dello sviluppo infantile. Che si tratti di nascondino in giardino, di costruire una capanna con i cuscini o di modellare animali con i palloncini – giocare plasma la mente, costruisce fiducia e genera felicità.

Troppo spesso, impegni, schermi e mancanza di spazi riducono il tempo per giocare. Per questo oggi è un richiamo per governi, educatori, famiglie e aziende come la nostra: tutelare e promuovere il diritto al gioco.

🎈 Il nostro ruolo in Gemar

Da decenni, i palloncini regalano momenti di gioia, stupore e festa. Dai compleanni alle fiere di strada, sono sempre stati un invito al gioco. Ma per noi, è molto di più:

• Sosteniamo il gioco creativo con tutorial e idee per l’arte dei palloncini.

• Incoraggiamo il gioco all’aperto e attivo con attività dinamiche.

• Collaboriamo con partner ed educatori per portare sorrisi ovunque.

💡 Diamoci spazio per giocare

Oggi, ti invitiamo a fare una sola cosa: dedica tempo al gioco.
Spegni lo schermo, prendi un palloncino, esci all’aria aperta… e lascia che inizi la magia.

Insieme, costruiamo un mondo in cui ogni bambino sia libero di ridere, immaginare e giocare – ogni singolo giorno.
