Gemar Celebrates the 25th Moscow Balloon Festival: Seven Teams, One Dream

The 25th Moscow Balloon Festival 2025 marked a milestone filled with pride and creativity for the global balloon art community. Held from 14 to 20 September and organized by Europa Uno Trade, the festival brought together balloon artists from around the world. As general sponsor, Gemar proudly supported seven incredible teams of artists.

World Masterpieces Competition

Seven teams entered the iconic World Masterpieces competition, creating breathtaking balloon installations inspired by this year’s theme. These works transformed balloons into true sculptures, proving once again that balloon art can be as powerful and moving as any traditional artistic language.

Gemar teams achieved outstanding results, including some of the festival’s most prestigious awards:

• 3rd Place – 12 Minutes Contest: Golden Hands

When balloons become fashion

The seventh team embraced a unique challenge: designing a full balloon dress. This extraordinary creation reminded us of Gemar’s G Couture project with fashion designer Giada Curti, where balloons are reimagined as fabrics to be worn.
